Refund policy
We understand that not all online orders work out as planned and we would like you to be completely happy with your items.
Below are some important details regarding Returns/Exchanges/Refunds.
To start any return/exchange/refund or if you have questions on something your unsure of please contact us at bodybagsgear@gmail.com
Please include: -Your name, order # and reason for exchanging product along with a picture( when applicable)
Once we approve any of the below we will email you the proper address to send item(s) to.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
The return must be received by BodyBags Clothing within 10 days of purchase.
A copy of receipt or proof of purchase.
The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags(if applicable), in original packaging (if applicable) and in new condition
Must have NO pet hair, must not be damp or wet, no odors of any kind.
We do not accept returns based of "Change of Mind"
No returns/exchanges/refunds on Close Out Items, Sale Items, Sales Final Items or custom made items.
No returns/exchanges/refunds on items bought at a trade show/expo/event or previously returned/exchanged items.
No returns/refunds on Gift Cards. Exchange only for product.
There are no returns or exchanges on any sales outside of USA.
Free shipping will not be refunded for a monetary amount.
Shipping cost associated with original order will not re refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a product arrives to you with defect / damage or we incorrectly send the wrong size / color/style, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for return and replacement item will be reshipped at our expense. In this case please email us right away with the info requested in the opening paragraph and picture.
Exchanges/Refunds
You as the Customer, are responsible for paying postage to reship to us. We will then reship your exchange back to you at our expense
Exchanges are limited to 1 time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll then be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can and may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
